Travel Log: Charles A. Lindbergh State Park

Weather: Sunny but cool at night

This was our first camping trip for the summer of 2012.  The weather was quite cool, especially the first night.  We had three heavy blankets and dressed in sweats - many layers of clothes!  We hiked and decided to join the Hiking Club, in which you get a password from a sign during the hikes.  Now we have to go back to some of the parks we've been to to get the passwords on the trails.  Lots of loons could be heard at this park.  There were also many, many tent caterpillars.  We even took a few home.
