12 - Man-Thing
Environmental exploitation, corporate avarice and murder converge in director Brett Leonard's gruesome horror flick set in a backwater Florida town near the Everglades. With a rash of disappearances and a pile of corpses on his hands, Sheriff Kyle Williams (Matthew Le Nevez) investigates and soon finds himself up against a deadly swamp creature seeking to protect its habitat from an oil magnate. Rachel Taylor portrays the lawman's love interest.

11 - Elektra
Jennifer Garner reprises the role of Elektra, a character she originated in the 2003 superhero movie Daredevil. Now an assassin for the mysterious Order of the Hand, Elektra is assigned to off widower Mark Miller (Goran Visnjic) and his teenage daughter, Abby (Kirsten Prout). But all bets are off when Elektra falls for Miller and must battle her former allies in this spellbinding thriller. Terence Stamp co-stars as Stick, Elektra's teacher.

10 - Blade: Trinity
Recognizing that they're powerless to stop vampire hunter Blade (Wesley Snipes), the vampires who rule the human race set up Blade to look like a serial killer, immediately prompting the FBI to go after him and put him behind bars. But more trouble brews: Just as Blade realizes he's being pursued, Dracula (Dominic Purcell), the biggest bloodsucker of all time, is released, forcing Blade to enlist the help of a dream team of vampire killers.

9 - Spider-Man 2
Peter Parker (Tobey Maguire) is going through a major identity crisis. Burned out from being Spider-Man, he decides to shelve his superhero alter ego, which leaves the city suffering in the wake of carnage left by the evil Doc Ock (Alfred Molina). In the meantime, Parker still can't act on his feelings for Mary Jane Watson (Kirsten Dunst), a girl he's loved since childhood. Sam Raimi directs this sequel to the live-action blockbuster.

7 - Hulk
The classic Marvel comic book The Incredible Hulk makes its big-screen debut under the imaginative direction of Ang Lee. Research scientist Dr. Bruce Banner's (Eric Bana) failed experiments cause him to mutate into a powerful and savage green-skinned hulk whenever he loses control of his emotions. And the only person who seems to stand by him is his girlfriend, Betty Ross (Jennifer Connelly), proving that love is indeed blind.

5 - Daredevil
Ben Affleck is Matt Murdock, a Marvel Comics hero who's a lawyer by day but fights the bad guys at night to avenge the murder of his father, a boxer. But what sets Matt apart from most superheroes isn't his back story -- it's his handicap. Matt is blind, the result of a childhood accident that may have removed his ability to see but gifted him with heightened senses of touch, taste, hearing and smell. Michael Clarke Duncan co-stars as Kingpin.

4 - Spider-Man
After being chomped by a genetically altered spider, shy high schooler Peter Parker (Toby Maguire) is endowed with amazing superpowers. Kirsten Dunst plays Parker's smitten (not bitten!) girlfriend who willingly falls into his web, and Willem Dafoe is a mad scientist who becomes the Green Goblin -- Spider-Man's erstwhile enemy. The CGI scenes of Spidey swinging from building to building are enough to give Tarzan pause!
